My Story
Enterprise product teams don't fail because people aren't smart enough. They fail because the systems around smart people are broken — misaligned incentives, opaque processes, reactive roadmaps, and AI tools dropped in without strategy or scaffolding.
I've spent 15 years inside those systems — at Oracle, where I overhauled operations for a platform used by 15 million people; at S&P Global, where I built analytics infrastructure that financial professionals rely on daily; at Weill Cornell Medicine, where the stakes of getting it wrong are measured in patient outcomes.
In every context, the work was the same: understand what's actually broken, build the systems to fix it, and make sure the fix outlasts my involvement.
The AI Pit Stop is the distillation of that work — practical, strategic support for organizations that know AI matters but aren't sure where to start. Not theoretical consulting. Real transformation experience.
Alongside consulting, I'm building AI-native products from scratch: VectorPM.ai — an agentic Product Operating System that automates PRD generation, OKR-to-roadmap alignment, and stakeholder document translation — plus MeetDost.ai, Taakat.ai, and an AI Readiness Diagnostic Tool for enterprise teams.
I also teach. Because the best way to scale good product thinking is to give more people the tools to do it.
